Terms & Conditions of Responsibility Post-Installation

1. The flag pole and flag will be installed at the designated site as agreed.
2. Installation will be completed by our team and inspected by the client upon completion.
3. Once the installation is approved by the client, the flag pole and flag shall be formally handed over.
4. From the point of handover, the client assumes full and sole responsibility for the flag pole and flag.
5. Any damage, theft, or loss occurring after handover will be the responsibility of the client.
6. The supplier shall not be held liable for maintenance, repair, or safety issues post-handover.
7. Regular upkeep, including cleaning and flag replacement, shall be managed by the client.
8. Any reinstallation, relocation, or structural modifications must be done under the client’s supervision and expense.
9. The client is advised to ensure the safety and proper handling of the installed items.
10. This handover marks the completion of the supplier's scope of work and responsibility.
